Learn to meditate

Dechen Chöling offers a regular schedule of programmes for people who are new to meditation. Meditation practice helps us to find peace within ourselves while developing a strong, yet flexible, mind. Learn to Meditate retreats offer an accessible meditation practice that we can carry into our lives. We offer both shorter and more relaxed meditation introductory programmes as well as intensive retreats like a dathun (2-4 weeks).

Beginners are also warmly invited to any programme that does not have a prerequisite.
