Shambhala Buddhist Programmes

In this section you'll find a broad variety of beginner's and advanced Buddhist programmes of the Shambhala Tradition. This is the tradition of human bravery, which means not being afraid of who we are. This path shows us how to work with the challenges of everyday life as opportunities for contemplative practice and discovering our own inner wisdom and basic goodness.
Anyone from any religious, spiritual, agnostic or atheist background is warmly invited to join programmes without prerequisites. If you have questions about prerequisites please contact our main office.
