Different options to donate

One-time donations

One-time donations are for those people who wish to donate a specific sum of money.

Ongoing Donors

A large number of people give a monthly donation to Dechen Chöling. These monthly donations are a long-term commitment, usually lasting for one to five years.

Through Special Donor Groups

Saddharma Group members give a one-time or monthly donation, equaling € 500 to € 2000, usually lasting for one to five years.  All funds raised through this group are split between Dechen Chöling and Shambhala Europe.

Members of the European Donor Group (EDG)  give more than € 2000 per year. The EDG funds various projects in the European mandala, and specifically development projects at Dechen Chöling. 

Volunteering skills and time

Skills and time are also an important way people can contribute to Dechen Chöling. If you would like more information about volunteering at Dechen Chöling, please visit the Living and Working section of this site.

Online through Paypal

It is possible now to donate online through the service of Paypal. Fast, free and secure.. Click on the button "Make a donation" to start the process.

One-time donation: EURO

Withdrawal to country account

For individual country account information, please click here. The donations in some European countries are tax deductible. You can also pay directly into our French account.

Automatic credit card

Please contact our fundraising department at richness@dechencholing.org or phone +33(0)555039853) and they will help arrange an automatic debit from your credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

Cash or cheques

Dechen Chöling accepts cash on-site, as well as French bank cheques (payable to: Association Shambhala Europe), and international money order in Euros payable to ‘Shambhala Europe’.
