Staffing a Programme

For each programme held at Dechen Chöling, there are numerous staff positions that must be filled. Staffing a programme is a unique opportunity to deepen one's practice while helping to make the dharma available. The level of experience and practice required varies with the programme and staff position. All applications are welcome. Programme staff pay a discounted programme fee of € 10 per day for food and accommodation. This applies to all programmes except programmes led by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, when a higher fee applies. Also, coordinators are free of charge.

The Dechen Chöling programmes office is looking for people to fill the following programme staff positions:

Spring Dathün (March 17-April 15)

• Meditation Instructor (French speaking)
• Translator (French speaking)
