Our program is designed for people like you who are dedicated to leading, facilitating and enabling others. Take a break from the day-to-day fast pace, grind and stress of life and discover surprising enablers to clarity, inspiration and insight.
 
Throughout our time together, we will help you uncover the gold inherent in difficult situations and how these challenging times can become opportunities for growth. You will leave with heightened self and interpersonal awareness and new ways of being with yourself and others. These new-found awarenesses will be anchored in cutting-edge psychological concepts that align with the Buddhist way of life.

Programme

We will start each day with some form of meditation, centring or mindfulness practice – this will be optional.

The daily programme will be filled with teachings and highly experiential journeying (with oneself, interpersonally and in groups). The program will continue into the evening. We will blend ritual, dance, art and breathwork.

Please note that Dechen Chöling is a meditation practice centre that offers guests an opportunity to enjoy simplicity and community living. Click here for a detailed description of the accommodations we offer.

Arrival day: Friday, 31 May.
You are invited to arrive at 4pm to check in and settle into your room. Dinner is served at 6:45pm.

Start of programme: morning of Saturday, 1 June.

End of programme: Monday, 3 June.
Closing circle in the evening.

Departure day: Tuesday, 4 June.
No programme. You are welcome to stay for breakfast.
