The Rigden Ngöndro Instructor Training is designed to help Meditation Instructors who provide support for students doing the Primordial Rigden Ngöndro. The programme will include practice and discussion of The Primordial Rigden, The Magical Heart of Shambhala practice text as well as study of Adhishthana, The View & Practice of Ngöndro by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. The Sakyong’s book Ashe & the Four Dignities and the first parts of  Shambhala Vajrayana Path (2008) are also especially valuable as background resources.

Please note that the training is on invitation only.

Individuals who are accepted to the training will receive information about online courses and talks, as well as some readings, which will need to be studied prior to the programme. This preparation will be rather intensive, so sufficient time needs to be available to engage with this material.
