      With: Kanjuro Shibata Sensei XXI

      Open to all - a living tradition of contemplative archery. Celebrate 25 years of Kyudo at Dechen Choling with a special ceremony (July 30, 10:30 to noon) led by Shinto priest Mr Kamimura.

      Drawing on both the Maitri Space Awareness and Body-Mind Centering® approaches, we will learn to open our heart and senses with courage, mindfulness and respect. A journey of discovery into our innate wisdom: a compass for navigating challenging times.

       
    • Karuna Training – Session 1 out of 5

      Training in contemplative psychology. This is the first in a series of five in-person retreats combining Tibetan Buddhist principles with contemplative practice, skills development, embodiment training, ongoing group interaction and community support.

       
      • Review of Qigong Levels 1 & 2

        A one-day review programme open to all those who have ALREADY completed Qigong Levels 1 & 2 with a teacher accredited by Eva Wong. Taught in French.
