During this unique workshop we will plunge into the experience of Bodhicitta and merge it with the practices of singing and sounding.
The Sanskrit term Bodhi means “completely open” and Chitta means “heart”. Bodhicitta practices open us up to learning to trust our innate compassion for all sentient beings, to learning how to love ourselves and each other. When our heart is full of love, we naturally long to express ourselves.
Singing and sounding are some of the oldest human methods for communicating with one another, enabling communication that is deeper than words alone and can come from a heart full of meaning.
We will playfully explore together how body, voice, speech, and mind come together – and we will enjoy each other’s resonant company!
No previous knowledge is required and the programme is open to both beginners and more advanced practitioners of meditation.
