We will come together in a spirit of kindness to listen deeply to our own wisdom and the wisdom of our tradition so that all voices can be heard. It is a time for the third Jewel – the sangha.

We will study and practice the Sadhana of Kindness and Ashe Mahamudra together. There will also be circles of kindness that allow space for exchange and healing.

Talks will be offered and there will be practice times for Ngöndro, Werma and Scorpion Seal practitioners which count towards practice requirements.
