Achim Schlage

Achim Schlage joined the Shambhala Community in the 1980’s and has studied with Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and later the Sakyong, as well as with Shibata Sensei in the practice of Kyudo (zen archery). He was active in Shambhala as a meditation instructor, center director, and for twenty years now as a teacher. He lives near Hamburg, Germany.

He, his wife and 3 boys spent many happy summers in Dechen Chöling’s Family Camp.
