Alex Paterson

Alex is from Canada where he worked as an actor before moving to London and then Sweden, where he has been living for over 30 years. Alex founded the Shambhala Stockholm center in 1994 and has been an active member and teacher there ever since. Alex has been teaching theatre at St. Erik’s Gymnasium, Stockholm for 26 years. He teaches Shambhala Training (both the Heart of Warriorship and the Sacred Path), Buddhist programs and workshops combining meditation, theatre and play.
