Arnd Riester

Arnd Riester has practiced Shambhala Buddhism for over 30 years and has been teaching within the community for over 20 years. He resides in Cologne, Germany with his family and runs two goldsmith workshops together with his 3 colleges. He completed a three-year course in Gestalt couples therapy in 2022 and currently coaches couples with his spouse. Additionally, he is pursuing a five-year training program in Gestalt therapy.
