Cécile Daimez

Cécile Daimez began practising meditation in 2009 with the Karma Kagyü lineage. In 2010, she discovered ‘Shambhala, the sacred path of the warrior’ and joined the Shambhala centre in Paris. Since 2016, she has been teaching Art Dharma. She has received teachings from Herbert Elsky, Steve and Anne Saitzyk.

Director of Contemplative Arts at the Shambhala centre in Paris since 2018, she has programmed numerous weekends and evenings of Contemplative Arts. She is a meditation instructor and Shambhala teacher.
