Clemens Reißmann
Clemens first encountered the Shambhala Dharma in 1997. Since 2004, he has been a regular visitor to Dechen Chöling, where he has frequently taken part in the Dön Days. In 2005 and 2006, he spent six months each year living, working, and practising at the Shambhala Mountain Centre. It was there, in 2006, that he took refuge and made his Lifetime Kasung Oath.
From 2007 to 2009, Clemens returned to Dechen Chöling to continue his practice and, beginning in 2007, assumed the role of NCO — a responsibility he fulfilled both at DCL and during numerous Shambhala programmes. After returning to Hamburg, he went on to lead many Dön Days programmes as NCO and also served as Regiment NCO for Northern and Eastern Europe.
