Dagmar Waldau

Dagmar Waldau

Dagmar Waldau began meditating after being inspired by the teachings and presence of the Tibetan scholar and meditation master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

She now studies and practises under the guidance of Pema Chödrön, whose student she became.

Dagmar practises Ikebana in the Kado Ikebana tradition and was trained as a teacher by Marcia Shibata.

She divides her time between Hamburg, Germany, and Gampo Abbey, Nova Scotia, Canada.
