Franck Le Naourèse

Franck discovered the Shambhala teachings in Paris in 1991. They gradually transformed his life, bringing clarity and gentleness. As retired landscaping teacher he continues to practise meditation and to study Buddhism. Franck lives in Corrèze with his wife Elizabeth, and they both practise the Way of the Bow, Kyudo.
