Friederike Tröscher

Friederike has studied with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen at the School for Body-Mind Centering® (USA), becoming a practitioner in 1998 and directing the international BMC® training programs in Germany since 2007. She joined the Shambhala sangha in 2008 and has ever since been curious about the dialog of BMC and Shambhala mediation practice. Further backgrounds are dance improvisation and occupational therapy. Friederike has two children and lives with her family in Bad Honnef, Germany.
