Stéphane Leluc

Stéphane Leluc is 60 years old, married, and a father. He is French and lives in Maisons-Laffitte, near Paris.

He is currently the CEO of Awaris France, which helps employees, managers, teams, and organisations cultivate engagement, resilience, collective intelligence, and sustainable
performance. His approach combines neuroscience, mindfulness, and systems thinking.

Author of the book “Guide pratique de méditation – Déployez vos talents” (Practical Guide to Meditation – Unleash Your Talents), Stéphane LELUC has been practicing mindfulness and
contemplative disciplines for 33 years. He was director of the Shambhala Center in Paris from 1998 to 2003.
