We are delighted to announce that Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will be coming to teach at Dechen Chöling at the beginning of August.
While a program description is still in progress, we know that Rinpoche will be teaching on Friday, 8 August, Saturday, 9 August and Sunday, 10 August.
Rinpoche is known for his warm personality and his generous, filled with stories style of teaching.
Like Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche is a lineage holder in the Karma Kagyü and Nyingma lineages. He studied with HH XVIth Karmapa and HH Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and many other great masters.He has been very present for our Shambhala Sangha and bestowed the Vajrayogini Abisheka at the Halifax Shambhala Center in June 2024.
