Dechen Choling is extending the application period for a Transition Director until January 15th 2021. This role is a remarkable opportunity to bring your practice into every moment of life, while leading Dechen Choling through a pivotal phase in its development.

- Significant experience as Shambhala practitioners and a commitment to the Shambhala lineage
- Experience in building teams and successfully leading collaborative work efforts
- Financial and legal management experience
