This seven-week course offers an in-depth exploration of the Hinayana path and focuses on the fundamental principles of ‘the wheel of life’ as taught by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. 

Topics to be explored include: 

  • The 4 noble truth
  • The 3 poisons
  • The 5 skhandas

The classes will take place on sunday afternoons from 13:30 to 17:00. The afternoons will also include sitting, walking and other kinds of meditation practice.

Who is it for?

This program is open to all. Whether you are a seasoned meditator, a practitioner on the Shambhala path looking to better understand our Buddhist roots, or are new to the study and practice of meditation, all are welcome. 

The course is taught in French.
