One hour of meditation, open to all, no experience necessary. Meditation instruction is provided for those who have never meditated before.
We practice mindfulness meditation: placing attention on the breath. This simple, yet powerful method is not connected with any particular religion or belief, making it appropriate for all, regardless of background.
Schedule for the evening
We will start with 20 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation and concluding with another 20 minutes of sitting.
