The sanscrit term “Chitta” means “heart”, Bodhi means “completely open.”

With Bodhicitta  practices we start to learn to trust our innate compassion for all sentient beings, and how to love ourselves and each other. When our heart is full, we naturally long to express ourselves.

Singing and sounding is one of the oldest ways people commmunicate with each other from their heart- full of meaning, not necessary full of words.

In this weekend workshop we will plunge into the practice of gentleness,  of Boddhicitta , a basic tool in good communication.

We will sing, based on guided improvisation . We will explore playfully how body, voice/ speech and mind hang out together– we will enjoy each other`s resonant company!

No previous knowledge needed / Open to both beginners and longtime meditators and singers.
