In a world of constant notifications, endless scrolling, and increasing demands on our attention, it can be difficult to slow down and simply be. This retreat offers a chance to step away from screens and distractions and reconnect with what truly nourishes us: stillness, nature, and community.
Through guided meditation sessions with experienced teachers, periods of silence and reflection, time immersed in nature, and the teachings of meditation masters Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and the Western Buddhist nun Pema Chödrön, you will discover how to cultivate presence, reconnect with your inner stillness, and bring greater balance and joy into your everyday life.
